This is a left-side shelf hook that snaps into the refrigerator door liner to support a door shelf or bin. It acts as a bracket or pick-off point that holds the shelf securely in place. Replace this hook if a door shelf is sagging, tilting, or falling off because the support clip is broken or missing.
We ordered the hooks for the shelf that had replaceable hooks. And we ordered the bottom shelf called "Pick off Shelf." The Pick off Shelf was just a replaceable shelf and was no problem. The shelf with the hooks wasn't as easy, but that's because we aren't very "savvy" when it comes to fixing things that come with no directions. Popping the old draw glides off was the toughest part of the job, ad even that was fairly easy, once I noticed the little retaining tabs near the front of the drawer. Pushed in on the tabs, while pushing back on the drawer glide rail and it popped right off. One minor problem I did note: When the rollers were installed on the shoulder screws, they would not turn.
