Hello Canton. The part number provided in the previous answer was the correct one needed. There is no video at this time. There is a service tip out on this model stating the gap would cause the issue with wet cubes and frost inside there. You need to check it good. You will need to replace the icemaker. Thanks.

Hello Canton. Clean out all the ice build up and make sure there is no gaps in the housing. If there is, you will need to fill those with silicone. You will need to order DA97-18859A if the icemaker is bad.

Bert, This issue sounds as though the thermistor on the icemaker has failed and would require a new icemaker as the thermistor is part of the icemaker assembly.

Minhtam, It sounds as though the arm on the bin would be hitting the back. You will want to try to get the arm lifted a little to get it to slide into place. It may need to have the ice bin replaced if unable to do this.

Ed, The part number MFC39371401, is the "longer" shut off arm for the ice maker in your refrigerator. It will cause the ice maker to shut off earlier and reduce the amount of ice in the bin. The part is in stock and available at this time. Thanks

Joe, With there being a ice dam above the icemaker then this would most likely be an issue of the water valve seeping and allowing a trickle of water to flow into the icemaker. This would require a new water valve for this issue. As for the dispenser only giving crushed ice you will want to make sure that the crush cube solenoid is good as it is the most likely cause for this issue.
