Needed a hinge kit, appliance repairman told me parts and labor $750. I asked him for the part number, ordered from appliance parts pros for $218 and installed myself in about 45 minutes. Just needed a Phillips and a star head screwdriver. You’ll need the manufacturers part number to find it online, but after that it’s easy. Parts got here in about 4 days.

Watched the video and replaced it. Though I did one wire moving at a time, rather than pull all the wires off and then try to figure where they go. I did take a photo first though for backup, but did not need it.
Need the needle nose pliers to take connectors off the old one. Did not want to rip wire from fastener.
small Philips screw driver
Use small socket on a drill to remove the 4 screws from the rear panel.
took 5 minutes.
