This ignitor orifice assembly routes and meters gas to the oven burner ignitor so the oven lights reliably and reaches cooking temperature. It's a direct-replacement part used when ignition is inconsistent or the burner won't light. What it does:
- Controls gas flow from the manifold to the oven burner ignitor for proper ignition
- Helps ignition occur quickly and consistently so the oven can reach set temperatures
- Common symptoms: oven won't light, delayed or intermittent ignition, or weak/uneven heating
- Works with the oven's ignition system; replaces worn or damaged orifice assemblies
What's included: One ignitor orifice assembly. Install notes:
- Turn off electrical power and shut off the gas supply before starting work
- Use proper tools; do not force fittings or over-tighten connections

The Jet Holder is an OEM part for Bosch ranges. It is responsible for securely housing components that generate flames and distribute heat across the cooktop surface. The jet holder ensures proper airflow and fuel ignition during operation.
Symptoms of a bad jet holder include:
- Unsteady or unstable flames during cooking
- Flames that cross-ignite between burners
- Inefficient heat transfer causing slow cooking times
- Loose, damaged, or missing jet holder components
Causes of a bad jet holder can include cracks developing from excessive heat cycling or debris buildup restricting gas/airflow. Mineral deposits may also cause fittings to warp and lead to improper alignment.

First and foremost, don't believe everything you see on Youtube. In order to get to the gas solenoid that feeds the burner you MUST take the entire top off that side of the range. Remove the grates and burner tops. You will see 2x 20mm brass nut, or so it appears, that hold each burner in place on the splash/drip pan.
