Probe thermistor (temperature sensor) gives the refrigerator control board accurate internal temperature readings so it can regulate compressor and defrost cycles. Replacing a bad thermistor helps restore steady cooling and correct temperatures. What it does:
This limit switch is a position-sensing safety switch used in cooking appliances. It signals the control when a mechanism reaches the correct position, helping the unit start or stop related functions reliably.
This push-button replacement switch restores reliable user control for compatible Frigidaire appliances. It replaces a worn or failed control switch so buttons respond correctly and features return to normal operation. What it does:
This bimetal limit thermostat is a safety temperature cutoff that stops heat when an oven or range overheats, helping protect the appliance and prevent further damage. It replaces a failed thermal cutoff that won't reset or maintain safe temperatures. What it does:
A hi-limit safety switch that stops heating when temperatures get too high, protecting the appliance from overheating and helping prevent damage. Designed to replace a failed thermal cutoff to restore safe temperature control. What it does:
No local repair persons would tackle the jo. I checked all electrical contacts, voltages, etc, no problems. Contacted Appliancepartspros and discussed problem. they recommended new control board, power relay board, downdraft fan board, and high limit switch AFTER I had installed an oven temp sensor. Process of elimination with new parts FINALLY isolated the problem. Now working fine with ability to return not needed parts.Nadene Freeman was very helpful throughout the time consuming, while... This thermostat temperature limiter helps stop heating when temperatures exceed safe levels, protecting the appliance and preventing overheating. It fits specific Whirlpool systems and restores proper temperature control when the limiter has failed. What it does
I read this is a common problem with Kitchenaid stoves. The most common part to replace is the thermal fuse on the back of the stove. I replaced it and the stove still didn't work. I learned through the help of this website that there is a second fuse that may have blown also. It was difficult to find through the help of one of your staff members I located it in the front instrument panel of the stove. I ordered the recommended part that had failed and installed it today. The stove is... Read more
This temperature control thermostat replaces the refrigerator's manual/mechanical control that cycles the compressor and fans to maintain set temperatures, helping restore consistent cooling. Simple, direct replacement for units using this style of controller. What it does:
This RTD temperature sensor measures water and component temperature so the appliance can detect and control cycles more accurately. Replaces a failed or inconsistent temperature reading to restore proper cycle performance. What it does:
This hi-limit thermostat is a temperature-sensing safety switch that stops power to the heating circuit if temperatures rise above safe levels, helping protect the appliance from overheating and heat-related damage. What it does:
This 15 amp, 250 volt replacement fuse protects your appliance's electrical circuits by interrupting power when a fault or overload occurs. It restores safe operation once the underlying issue is fixed and the fuse is replaced. What it does:
This fixed thermostat monitors and limits temperature to protect the appliance's system and components. It's a simple, non-adjustable sensor/limit switch used where a set cutoff temperature is required for safe operation. What it does:
Removied the heatcordes and then the four scerws from the top, then rased the top and removied the two wirer. Read more
This high-limit thermostat is a temperature safety switch that helps prevent overheating by opening the circuit when temperatures exceed safe limits. It restores normal operation once the temperature cools, protecting the appliance and reducing fire risk. What it does:
I order a circuit control board installed it and still the oven wouldn't heat. So I troubleshooted and realized the control board stay at 100, clicking to change from pre heat to baking ,call Pros described problem. End up getting the limit sensor and , WOW it's heating,we're able to cook for Xmas. Thanks Pros Read more
