Biggest problem was trying to get at the switch to replace it. Had to remove two allen head screws to gain access on the back panel of the range hood. The allen heads were very small fortunately I had a number bits from my old electric screw driver that allowed me to remove them. The collapsible holders on the switches require pressure and maneuvering through the small opening to remove the switches. Problem with original design.
