I took all the food out of the fridge, and tilted the refrigerator 30degrees to the left (if looking straight at the fridge).
I unscrewed the cardboard backing, and moved the drip tube from the drain pan.
I unscrewed the 4 screws for the drain pan, and the 2 hex screws holding up the metal plate on the left side (becuase there is a lip on the metal plate that holds the pan in). Then I could slightly pull down on the metal plate and pull the drain pan out. Then popped the new drain pan in.
