First replaced the latch, spring, and lever, but no improvement. Then I saw the lever arm on the other half of the door, which by position had to be the way that the timer interacts with the soap dispenser. I ordered a new arm kit from AP Pro. I watched the video..easy repair. The arm spin jets were plugged just like the video said. The old washer was also worn. The new arm (genuine GE) had redesigned spin jets, they added two more. I ordered on a weekend, the order was filled on Monday and it was at my door at noon on Tuesday! The replacement of the arm took a total of 3 minutes, all I needed was a nut driver for the easy job, taking the old arm out and putting the new one in, exact replacement , I appreciate you getting the part out as fast as you did. • Will not drain

Pulled dishwasher from the cabinet and flipped onto its side. Easy access to sump and drain flapper valve that I also replaced. Rubber sump coming apart into soft pills & chunks and plugging spray arms. Better now but it's rediculous that GE would make components that dissolve this way. Read more

• Leaking

I replaced the pump drain assembly. The flapper valve was included in the assembly, so I did not need to order that. On previous repairs, the old drain hose was tricky to reinstall, so I replaced it and the hose clamp.The silverware basket had holes in the bottom and required replacement. • Will not fill with water

Took the washer out, turned it over and found the solenoid that worked the drain valve to be melted, and the shaft that the solenoid activates was heavily corroded. I found the right parts on your website after reading the notes left by other customers, then watched the video. The repairs were fairly simple and successful. This was a GE profile dishwasher. Dishwasher needed new wheel that mounted to upper rack.There are 4 total that make the rack roll in and out. Replaced both side rails and rail caps (4- only 50 cents each) along with new upper rack that came with wheels installed. One side rail was bent so decided to spend a little extra and replace both. Might of been able to replace just one broken rack wheel but rack was old and was rusting in some areas so decided to just replace it. Read more

We purchased both the roller studs and new rollers for all of the slots on the lower rack. They came two days later and I was able to easily click them into place and the lower rack now rolls smoothly and securely. The video was very helpful. the hardest part is getting off old rusted parts. I had to use a hacksaw to remove one of the old clamps. I had to open the bottom of the washing machine to remove of the other clamp. Putting the new parts on was easy. Getting everything apart was a challenge.
