I ordered a new arm kit from AP Pro. I watched the video..easy repair. The arm spin jets were plugged just like the video said. The old washer was also worn. The new arm (genuine GE) had redesigned spin jets, they added two more. I ordered on a weekend, the order was filled on Monday and it was at my door at noon on Tuesday! I replaced the supply line to the fridge - no change in taste. I replaced the MWF manifold and tubes, the water inlet valve and the water storage line. That did it, good tasting water again! Replacement slide rail for dishwasher upper rack. Installs on cabinet wall to guide rack in and out. Needed when original is bent, twisted, or broken.
Dishwasher needed new wheel that mounted to upper rack.There are 4 total that make the rack roll in and out. Replaced both side rails and rail caps (4- only 50 cents each) along with new upper rack that came with wheels installed. One side rail was bent so decided to spend a little extra and replace both. GE bottom freezer icemaker stopped working for the 2nd time. Refrigerator bought in 2008, replaced (first time) icemaker in 2009 by GE tech for $450, after 7 years 2nd ice maker failed I decided to attempt replacing the icemaker myself.
