Washer said error no drain. Cleaned the filter and still no drain. So the next step was to check the hose for any debris and when I went to pull the hose off it broke, at the same time I found the check valve flap broke in the drain pump and it was blocking the hose. The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. All other controls worked and there was no error code displayed. The repair was to replace the whole control board which cost around $100. Heavy sigh.. Be sure to keep track of all your screws. After discovering the cause of the leak was horrific engineering on Samsung's part. I ordered the nozzle connector (which was the failed part) and the check valve ball. Repairs were done in short order, and the machine was up and running again. Tl;dr: Fixed error code 8E with a mems sesnsor I received the day after ordering on standard shipping. Within 5 minutes of receiving the part, I had a functioning washer again.
