This is an electronic noise filter assembly that mounts on the dishwasher's power supply line. This is the electronic phase control board that regulates the motor speed in a stand mixer. It adjusts power delivery to the motor based on the speed setting selected by the user. Turn off power to machine, Take off door panel - 12 screws. hold up door panel a bit and make sure to remove the ribbon from the touch pad to the control module (use some pliers to rock it out of the board).
