They provided an online tutorial as to how to install it. It was very easy because the electrical contacts at the ends of the new baking element slid right into the electrical contacts inside the oven cavity. The delivery of the element was superfast, less than 24 hrs. Unplug the Stove from the receptical! Took a phippips screwdriver and took out the 2 screws holding it, and tilted it upwards a bit and pulled the element out about 3 inches an unhooked the wires.
Hooked the wires up to the new element and pushed it back into the holes and put the 2 screws back in and turned the stove on and that was all there was to that.

Removed 4 screws from back panel and removed back panel. Removed 3 screws and 3 wires from heater element and removed element. Reversed procedure with new element and seal. You will need the seal! Old one crumbled apart. All took less than 10 minutes.

It's was easy to replace. Unplugged the oven from the wall, unscrew the two screws that hold the element to the back of the oven and pulled it away from the oven. Then just pull off the two wires at the end of the bake element. Install the new one in the revers order, easy.
