I had a friend and a repair guy tell me it was the start relay that needed to be replaced, which was an easy fix. My friend said just to unplug the start relay, replace it with the new one, and it should be good. I've never tried to repair a fridge, and that was the easiest repair ever. Every time I tried to start our dryer, the "Sensing Light" came on, I heard a little "click," and the dryer would not start.
According to the very helpful Appliance Parts Pros. videos, I was able to dismantle, diagnose a few components, and discover the broken part. In this case, it was a Broken Belt Switch.
I ordered the part, we went on vacation for a week, and when we returned home the part was at our residence. The next day, I installed the part and all is good now.

The compressor was very hot and did not appear to be running. You could here a relay click on and off 15sec cycle. repeating every 2 minutes!
Bought a new overload relay too repair, plus a new thermal protection switch because it was cheap.
Both parts are actually located on the compressor behind a plastic cover. Found part numbers for parts by searching the compressor number on google! $25 Repair............

Removed front of dryer panel, removed top, and removed drum. Replaced motor and wheel, because the old wheel was rusted on the motor shaft, and could not be removed, so I had to break it off. Replaced motor, and reassembled. Everything works now. I also replace the switch-Pb, because the start button was getting stuck.
