Symptoms of a bad Circulation Motor and Heater Assembly include:
A bad part can result from several causes, such as electrical failures, mechanical wear and tear, or blockages in the system that prevent proper water circulation or heating.
If you notice any of these signs, it's time to replace the circulation motor and heater assembly. This OEM Bosch part can also be used on Thermador and Gaggenau appliances.
This was to address an E:09 fault code on a Bosch dishwasher. I swapped out the Circulation motor and heater assembly. The video given on APP.com was for a different model, but more or less the same. The video gave me confidence enough to order the part and attempt it. The significant difference was that in the video, the assembly is easily accessible from the bottom of the unit. On my unit, however, the bottom is a closed plastic pan that isn't easily removable, likely requiring removal of the... Read more

I spent a lot of time taking apart and cleaning the drain pump and hoses in my Bosch dishwasher. I still got the error that the drain pump wasn't right. So, after doing some research, I learned that the motor might be done and that seemed to be the only solution. I serached for my part on APPs.com and found the part for about $43 ($50 by the time tax and shipping was added in). The part was ordered, shipped and was on my doorstep in two days. I followed the repair video instructions provided... Read more

Found root cause of water distributor leak: White plastic shaft that goes through the red double lip seal in center of water distributor housing was worn. A groove was worn into shaft ~ 90 DEG around. This short shaft connects motor to distributor wheel. When cycle called for water distributor motor to do its thing, water would leak into bottom of machine, raise the float and trigger E15. Was thrilled that Appliance Parts Pros had the exact assembly I needed. An invaluable aid was the YouTube... Read more

I bought just the replacement lid based on other reviews. The door cost about a third of the whole soap dispenser module but took a chance it was just the lid. Although the part number is the same there was a new flange on the inside of the lid. Would have been nice if Bosch sent the redesigned part to owners. Either way replacement took 2 minutes and the problem is gone Read more

I looked carefully at why this one row of tines might be wobbly and saw that the row of tines next to it was secured by these little plastic pieces that just seemed to snap on. So I Googled "parts for Bosch dishwashers" and Appliance Parts Pros popped up. I called the number on the website and the very nice person who worked on the phone asked for the serial number on the door of the dishwasher. Then I described what I needed. She identified it by my description. I ordered it, it arrived,... Read more

This genuine Bosch OEM part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore models.
The symptom was suds and water on the floor at the left front of the dishwasher within the first five minutes of operation. Examination of the seal inside the door showed it was warped and pushed up into the door out of place. Once disassembled we found a tear in the seal, severe warping, and the material was sticky and slimy rather than flexible. I found a video of the disassembly that was very helpful. It is necessary to pull the dishwasher out of the cabinet but my installation had no top... Read more

"Watertap" E15 error code indicated leaking. Dried it all out to allow it to run again. Ran dishwasher with front and bottom panels off to get a visual on leak causing the styrofoam float to set off the code. Saw it was coming from the diverter area. Ordered this assembly -- which DOES include the seal ring, by the way -- pulled dishwasher all the way out to replace it, and VOILA. No more leaking or error code. (This took a few days to analyze and receive the part, so in the meantime we... Read more

Because the door would no longer stay shut and didn't firmly click when closed. Reviewing reports on-line narrowed the problem, so I ordered the door lock assembly kit. I dried out the base then I ran the dishwasher and observed water coming down the overflow chute after running only 5 minutes. There is a water inlet (clear water chamber on the side of the machine).
