I was going to just throw my stove out and get a new one until I did some research. I stumbled onto this site and found my broken part watched a quick video thanks to this wonderful site, they convinced me I could do it. $4 part and a little time saved $250 if I had had to replace the whole plug-in duel burner unit for our Jenn-Air range. Spade that was replaced fed both burners, other two spades just one. If your burners do not turn on, check the spades before you replace the coils. Read more

Replaced the gas regulator and the oven igniter. It was not a very difficult repair.. most of the parts were easy to get to. The biggest challenge was disconnecting the gas hose from the regulator. It had "pipe dope" (sealant) on the threads. I reconnected with yellow gas pipe tape. Read more

After dismounting the unit from its wall-hanging bracket, the most tedious part of the repair was removing over a dozen screws holding the cover in place from the top, bottom, and both sides. Fortunately, I had placed the unit on a bench that allowed me to slide the unit allowing access to the screws on the bottom edges of the unit. Turned off power supply. Removed two screws (near the oven door) holding the ceramic top. Slid the top forward, disengaged the two power supply cables, and removed one ground wire. Removed range top, and put on a flat surface. Unclamped two power supply wires, one ground wire and one thermocouple wire from the element. DIY. The delivery to Milwaukee took two days. The project was very easy and took about 1hr. The only tools required were a screw driver (electric) and a pliers. Just make sure your irganized with the screws so you don't lose any or mix up which ones go back in which holes. There's about 20 total screws. Personally I have experience working with electricity and knowing if I bought the part required this would be an easy fix. Took off the the front panel. First removed the knobs, then the four screws above each knob stem. With oven door open removed four screws under the front door oven panel. Last removed the two side screws on the oven control. Keeping hold of the front unit. Then removed the pigtail attached to the panel and the ground screw. Now the unit is detached.
