Looked up parts based on fridge model number, watched videos, and replaced parts using just a few tools... easy. Parts came quick, well packaged. After 16 years, plastic parts deteriorate and break. Bought a new vegetable drawer. It was an expensive fix but well worth it because now my drawer doesn't fall when I open it. That was a pain especially since the drawer is so huge. Love the fact that it's a big drawer but the drawback is that the drawer gets so heavy that it broke the plastic on the back of the drawer. I noticed that the new drawer was reinforced in that area.
