My wife noticed that our washing machine was making a terrible rumbling noise and seemed to be out of balance all of the time. Motor control board was flashing 4 times, indicating that the mode shifter had an error. I disconnected the mode shifter's wire from the controller and measured the resistance between the 2 leads with an ohmmeter. Since the reading was infinite, that meant that the mode shifter coil or in-line thermal sensor was electrically open, i.e. bad. Went on internet, found a great site and learned that the cold water hose filter was very much clogged at the machine intake. Cleaned it and voila. Ordered an extra filter from Appliance Pros.com and literally was amazed that it arrive within 2 days of my internet order. Great efficiency and customer service….great experience. I originally thought it to be my capacitor. But after installing the new one my machine still wouldn't wash, upon further inspection the hose that connects to the water level indicator on the control panel had popped a loose. I reconnected it and my washer is working just fine now. So try and do a complete inspection before spending unnecessary money ($125) like I did. Read more

A former repair man deleted the grommets from the motor mount plate, the spring fastening the motor to the bracket broke the screw inside the motor and once the motor fell out of place the drive to the the transmission was broken. Read more

Acualy sounded and looked major but with a littel help with you tube the job only took 30 minutes. 3 bolts for the water pump pulley broken pulley poped off new one klick into place simple belt install good to go. Parts saved me $40 and where here in only 2 days. I couldnt be happyer. Read more
