This authentic OEM part is a replacement momentary switch meant for a chainsaw or edge trimmer. Also known as a kill switch, a momentary switch acts as a safety measure to immediately shut off the appliance's motor. If the user begins to lose control of the appliance, they can simply hit the momentary switch and the engine will disengage even if it is not currently in the off position. This helps to prevent accidents and bodily harm. When engaged, the engine requires a five second waiting period before it can restart. Over time and through repeated use, switches can naturally become worn out. They may also be damaged if knocked against something hard on accident. Replacing this switch will require a screwdriver to access the switch located in the handle of the appliance. Once accessed, the switch can easily be replaced by detaching the wires and inserting the new part. Be sure to follow the user's manual as this process will vary depending on the appliance. This part is sourced directly from its original manufacturer and will work with Poulan and Weed Eater appliances. This part ships individually.

This replacement part is an insert transfer and is intended for use in a variety of lawn equipment. This is a genuine replacement part made by Husqvarna. Insert transfers are small but very important to many different appliances like chainsaws. These parts reduce friction inside of the motor and piston. Without this part the engine could become damaged.A new insert transfer might be needed if the user hears noises coming from the equipment that are not normal. If there is excess heat coming from inside the appliance this might also be the cause. It is common that insert transfers become stripped overtime due to normal wear and tear. Be sure the equipment is completely powered down and cooled off before attempting to repair an appliance. For more detailed instructions on how to install this specific part, see the owner's manual. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is sold individually. This replacement part is compatible with different types of lawn equipment made by Husqvarna.

This 1/4-20 hex nut has a great variety of uses on lawn and landscaping equipment. As a lock nut, it can be tightened and retains its grip, even without the use of a washer. This particular piece of hardware appears in many connective points on push mowers, zero-turn mowers, riding mowers, tillers, lawn tractor implements, and other types of equipment manufactured by Husqvarna, Poulan, Jonsered, and Weed Eater. For instance, with MTD mulching mowers, these hex nuts are used to secure the mower housing to the manifold of the mower. More than just with gasoline-powered lawn tools, these versatile nuts are also found on handheld tools like impact wrenches and tools driven by compressed air. Hex nuts bind tightly with their locking grip and seldom come off. The more likely scenario, especially since so many are used in manufacturing and by power tools, is that these nuts will become lost in the course of maintaining, cleaning, and repairing mowers and other equipment. For this reason, it's always important for the user to purchase more than the anticipated number needed. Make sure also to purchase hex nuts like these that are OEM certified and guaranteed.
