The error, water pooling in a containment pan on the bottom of the dishwasher, was caused by a leaking discharge hose. The hose had rubbed on the base frame of the dishwasher and made a small hole. I read/watched online how others with a leaky dishwasher replaced the motor & pump assembly on this dishwasher and that fixed their problem. It worked for me too! I bought this dishwasher used and didn't know the pump wasn't working properly.
