First I installed new door gaskets to correct suspected cause of leak which was real - moisture & soap residue found in bottom pan. Could not clear error code from control panel even when I knew there was no water in bottom pan. Suspected fault in leak sensor just above bottom pan. Ordered new leak sensor & installed. I replaced the plate as well but I cut a piece of sheet metal and screwed it to the bottom of the motor mount for additional support. I read/watched online how others with a leaky dishwasher replaced the motor & pump assembly on this dishwasher and that fixed their problem. It worked for me too! I bought this dishwasher used and didn't know the pump wasn't working properly. At the price I paid, it still made sense to replace the motor & pump assembly for what I paid for it on AppliancePartsPros.com.
