Seems like a poor design-hose developed a leak from rubbing on the support pad beneath it. Pretty easy fix if you follow one of the instructional videos online as far as how to get the front panel off of the washer. You can't change this part from the rear access panel. Replaced pump. All components are accessible from the front of the machine. You have to remove two screws in the back that hold on the top cover, then slide the cover back. This will allow access to the screws that hold on the control panel. I changed the pump and also discovered the coin trap was wearing thin because it was rubbing against the sheet metal. So I replaced that as well. It took about 15 minutes to remove the coin trap and pump and about 20 minutes to install. The shipping was amazingly fast. I received the parts the next morning. Simply open the top of the washer by inserting a putty knife (watch YouTube ) and then the front panel by removing two bottom philips head screws on the front. The whole front panel comes right off. Using pliers the spring clams holding each hose, they come off and each hose is replaced. The drain one was only leaking but since it has open I changed both and even the drive belt. Whole job less than 1 hour. BTW parts arrived next day! Read more

I removed the top. I took a screwdriver and removed the plastic piece where the inlet hoses go. I twisted and removed the white pipe which had an arrow indicating how to (lock) it. Now I can remove the hose clamps that hold this hose in. The old hose has a hole, I don't know why. new hose goes in. tighten clamps. put everything back together. Read more
