I figured out that it was probably a plugged pump hose, since the pump would run, it somtimes it drained and sometimes it didn't. Your video helped with how to take the dishwasher out and replace the hose. I replaced the hose and everything is now working fine. It turned out to be a broken check valve in the old hose that caused the problem. It took 90 mins to do the repair. Read more

I ordered a pair of springs from AppliancePartsPros.com. When the new springs arrived, I unscrewed the frame from the counter top, slid the dishwasher out part of the way and installed the new springs and saved myself at least one-hundred dollars. Read more

Ordered dishwasher rack tine tips and bottle of vinyl touch up paint. I applied the paint to each tine and then placed the tips on the tines. I waited a few hours before using my dishwasher to allow the paint to dry and allow the tips to stick to the tines. Read more

1st we took the inside washer arms out and made sure they were clean and not blocked by something . When That failed, I called a local appliance repairman . I noticed the floor around the dishwasher was starting to get wet and warp the wooden floor. The chopper had gotten out of line and had cut a pinhole into the sump housing and the dishwasher was leaking badly. It was quite easy to repair.
