• Replaces a cracked, dented, or discolored cooktop surface to restore proper fit and appearance
• Provides a stable mounting surface for burners, burners bowls, and trim pieces
• Helps prevent heat and grease from reaching internal components through damaged areas
• Reduces rattling or misalignment caused by a warped or bent top

• Turn off and disconnect power (and gas if applicable) before starting work
• Remove burner grates, burners, and control panel components as needed to access the top
