I ordered both hinges (if the nylon roller was bad on the left, it was probably going to go bad on the right side as well). The web site was easy to navigate, order process simple. I always save original books and assembly sheets for appliances. That helped a lot ! The assembly sheets showed how the ovens went in, how they were attached to the cabinet and what to avoid so I didn’t bend trim piece. Original booklet showed how to replace oven doors and lights etc. Once the hinge assemblies arrived I started replacement after having read on the internet original hinges had some problems. We had to pry the door open with a crow bar. We then ordered a replacement hinge from your company. We were able to find the part by looking at your diagram of our oven. We ordered it and it came in two days. My husband put it on and the door now works beautifully. Read more

Tenants in rental unit explained problem, I ordered replacement hinges for both the left and right. After replacing both, it was determined that a cleaning person removed and didn't reinstall the bottom heat plate of oven back into position, which was the reason the door wasn't closing. Read more

The oven door was open and the wife fell onto the door. After that, the door would not close all the way and hung lower than it should. I could not tell if it was the hinge or hinge receiver that was bent so I ordered both. When the parts arrived I removed the door by unlatching the hinge and lifting it off the range. the door has 3 screws on the bottom and two at the top. Easy job, remove door from oven, remove 8 screws around outside edge of door and seperate the two halfs/ Remove 2 screws on the hinge, replace with new hinge put back together and install door. Takes 15 min. from start to finish if you have the right part, initally I ordered the wrong part and had to return and reorder correct part. Read more
