Description

This foam tape seals and cushions the oven door assembly to reduce vibration and help keep the door glass and inner components stable. It restores proper spacing and helps reduce rattling or light air leaks around the door. What it does:

• Provides a soft, compressible seal between the door and frame to reduce noise and movement
• Cushions and protects glass and trim from contact and vibration
• Helps limit minor air leakage that can allow heat or odors to escape
• Commonly used when door trim or glass is loose, rattling, or shows visible gaps

What's included:

• One adhesive-backed foam tape strip

Install notes:

• Clean and dry mating surfaces before applying to ensure good adhesive contact
• Measure and trim to fit; press firmly along the full length for proper adhesion
• Replace only with the same style of tape—do not use electrical or non-heat-rated foam in high-temperature areas
• Disconnect power/cool the appliance before working on the door assembly to avoid burns or injury
