The replacements for the upper set of wheels is different than the originals. In my opinion, the replacements are far superior to the original parts. I ordered 1 assembly first and then another broke. so I ordered 2 more and replaced 2 more. The 4th was replaced last summer. I should have ordered 4 and replaced all when the 1st one failed. Read more

Funny, my husband did it. We have a service contract but you know how long that still takes. So he found the part at the bottom of the dishwasher and it had a number on it. He went to your site and and found the part. Yes it was a little cheaper else where like everything else but what the other sites didn't have he said was the video on how to do it. I had an appliance repair guy come and he told me it was possibly the vent assembly but if changing it didn't fix the problem it would be the control board next. He felt it was not worth the money to repair because he would have to disconnect everything just to get to the vent on the right rear top of the dishwasher. Took cover completely off and tried putting back, could not match up left screw with available screw hole. Tried many different configurations and sequences to make this happen. watched a video on changing the front panel, the door in it had four screws, mine 2, no help there. Searched on the hyperextending issue, found an article about dogs and kids [had both here] climbing on the door and to check the springs and linkages. Ordered numerous replacement parts. Started with the tracks which required pulling the washer out of the cabinet to reach the screws. Pushed it back in and re-secured. Then stared on the rack and replaced the rack adjusters and various clips. Everything is straight forward and easy to replace. I originally called a local repair place to have them repair it. It was a learning experience. First I turned off the power! I removed the lower kick plate, disconnected the drain hose and electrical connectors. Then removed the discharge pump and heat sensor then loosened the 4 hold down arms/clamps. Then I opened the door and pulled the base up from the inside. Now to remove and replace the Pump Motor. Then reverse the process. If I were to do again, I'd pull the dishwasher out and lay it on its back. Read more

After inspecting screen and drain hose with no obvious cause, replaced drain pump. Removal of the pump was very straight forward. 3 screws, 2 electric connections, and 1 hose clamp was all that was needed. Read more

Replaced the upper spray arm tube with a new one. Also replaced delivery tube grommet and the delivery tube gasket. Now everything works fine and no more leaks. Read more
