Fixing it was extremely easy, I just followed the instructions provided in the AppliancePartsPros video. After replacing the filter and that not fixing it, I tried other things that ultimately led me to suspect the filter housing. Filter housing is fairly simple with mechanical bypass valve disengaged when you insert the filter. Valve would allow water to flow without filter but placing filter cutoff water completely.
