Replace a burner that won't heat or heats unevenly with this 6-inch surface element. Compatible with electric ranges and cooktops. DIY-friendly install.
We had ordered and installed the drip pans and when we took a look, we knew we needed new elements. Those were perfect; exact replacement. The problem was on the eight inch units, the rim of the drip pan touched the element. It was a simple matter of removing a small bit of the drip pan where the element enters. Aircraft snips and a little polishing with a Dremel tool, and all is well. Wife loves the new elements. Read more

I was devastated to hear my wife tell me our Whirlpool double oven was dead after she used the self clean mode. After my research, I found this problem to be more common than expected. I kept seeing reference made to Appliance Parts Pros during my research. I went to the website and found the parts I didnt think anyone had. APP was quick, the price was excellent and when I called their staff I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! They had my parts to me in no time and I fixed... Read more

This electronic oven control replaces the console control used to operate a single-convection oven, restoring user inputs and cycle selection so you can reliably set temperature, timers and cooking modes. Ideal when display, touchpad or convection functions fail. What it does:
Removed the screws that hold the oven and microwave in the cabinet and slid the whole unit out 4 inches, and removed 2 screws on each side of the oven that hold the screen in. The entire front panel can then be removed. Used a very small flat screwdriver to unplug the plugs off the control board so the clips wouldnt break. Some of the plugs are labeled where they should go, but it would help to mark where they go just in case. Installed new panel in reverse order, easier than expected. Read more
Replacement control knob for your range cooktop. Installs on the control shaft to restore precise burner selection. Needed when original is cracked, broken, or missing.
I ordered new knobs with lettering on them. AppliancePartsPros.com enabled me to order the correct knobs by putting in the model number of the stove and by showing closeup pictures of the front and back of the knobs. For example, one out the the 4 knobs was for the simmer burner. I was given this information and that knob has "simmer" on it while the other 3 don't. On the down side the burner knobs cost nearly $100 to replace. I am hoping that their quality is such that they will last a... Read more
Replace a cracked, stripped, or missing cooktop control knob. Attaches to the control switch shaft for setting selection. Restores clean appearance.
This wasn't really a 'fix' but here's what happened. Over the last 24 years the knobs on our JennAir electric cooktop were broken. Generic replacements didn't fit exactly. I constantly had to take them off, adjust the connector, and put them back. I'm selling the house and the inspection report noted this, so the buyer wanted them replaced. The JennAir site said they were no longer available, but AppliancePartsPros website said there was a replacement that would work, and they were right. The... Read more
