I called and talked to a guy named Danny, which was very helpful. With his help I had my order straightened out and he also was able to get the belt I needed to me the next day, which I did not think would be here so quick. I simply removed both shelf and drawer, cleaned the area. I attached the drawer to the shelf and slid the whole assembly into the bottom of the refrigerator. Read more

I ordered the shelf from the website at around 3:00 in the afternoon. To my surprise it was at my doorstep at 10:00 the next morning.
