We turned off the circuit breaker. We then removed the light cover and then the control panel. We disconnected the Keyboard, Utah, plugged in the new one and turned the breaker on to see if everything worked. We realized that we did not need a new jazz board so that is being returned. The old Keyboard was removed, the new one attached and all the parts were put back. The frig works fine now at the recommended settings of zero and 38F. Read more

Even though the fasteners probably only cost a few cents, I had to buy a new mullion for my fridge. $80! $80 because two nylon fasteners were poorly designed. Replacing the part was easy once I paid the *$80* for the new part. Unscrewed the old mullion. Slipped on the new $80 part. Read more

I installed the new one and it went in easily...I like the new door better than the old one because the old door would always open and spill the butter when I shut the fridge door but the new door has like a catch that keeps it from opening when I close the refrigerator door. Replaced not only the ice chute door flap which was squashed from years of use but the mechanism and motor that operates the flap. The old mechanism seemed to work but it seemed a little sloppy or loose. I knew the flap was bad but for the extra few dollars I thought since I had to take the cover off anyway, why not replace the whole thing. I’m glad I did. I had to replace the entire ice Bin Assembly rather than just the plastic fin on the auger which broke. I could not find a way to buy the plastic fin only. Replacement was obviously easy -- pull the old bin out and slide the new bin in. Less than 1 minute. The Dairy Door was an easy replacement also. My original one cracked when it got bumped and fell to th floor. Pop the old one out, push the new one in. Less than 1 minute. Read more

Ordered new compartment door and replaced it in about 2 minutes. Suggest that owners of similar refrigerators move the compartment one notch down on the door so when the compartment door is left open and the refrigerator door is closed the comp. door does not come into contact with the refrig. interior light housing.
