Changing out the stovetop orifices from natural gas to propane- First thing, turn off the gas. On this model stove, there are five burners-two burners in the front, two in the back and one in the middle. The front two burners are different than the other three, they are the largest burners. Little procrastination paid off. With only 50% capability I knew it is time to call the appliancepartspros. They shipped me parts within 3 days. It was practical to fix both at the time. All I needed was to disconnect power at range breaker box, grab a screwdriver to lift top open, a 16 inch or so piece of old 2×4 wood to keep the top top of stove lifted, so I could access heating elements from underneath. Overall the fix wasn't too hard. The challenge was putting the oven door back together and holding it together while trying to tighten the screws. Enlisted my wife's help to hold the door and at first the handle screws wouldn't tighten. My cordless screwdriver's battery was under-charged. Once I switched batteries I was able to tighten the screws. Seemed like I needed to push too hard (my wife freaked "not so hard you will strip them!") however pushing hard was what was needed.
