The hardest part was getting the inside of the door loose enough to get at the screws that held the handle on. I could not get the inside cover off but could I got 3 sides of it loose so I could get at the screws to replace the handle. Read more

It was an easy fix. I simply removed the microwave door lining with a putty knife, which gave me access to the handle's two screws. I unscrewed and removed the remnants of the broken handle and then fastened the new handle in place. The only trouble I encountered involved the two replacement screws that came with the new handle. After trying to screw them into place, I discovered that they were too two long. I used the existing screws instead. Read more

The old handle... came off by itself, prompting us to order these parts. They arrived very quickly! Removed just a few screws to get the old frame off, cleaned the glass and inner frame, attached the handle to the new frame and put it all back together.
