1) Take silver cover off of back/sides of microwave: remove 3 screws using "secure star" type wrench, then slide cover off. 2) Remove old lightbulb: slide white "plug" off of old bulb, then remove bulb and it's large black base by lifting it up while pulling back on plastic latch.
