Color change went from black to stainless steel Wayne J. • Harleysville , PA • January 12, 2019
Very smooth. I ordered the door and the control panel. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands when removing the screws from the door or place something under it so it doesn’t drop. The door comes off with about 10 screws. They are different length. Short screws go into steel, long go into plastic. Remove the door and upper facia/control panel. You’ll need to disconnect the wires. The panel has two parts that need to be transferred. 1. The electronic panel. It’s white and has a row of...

Bosch dishwasher: water inlet valve cracked. Roger M. • Locust Valley , NY • June 12, 2020
After first thinking I had a leak under my sink (dripping into my workshop in the basement), I quickly traced the source back to my Bosch dishwasher. I removed the bottom kick plate (phillips screwdriver) and could see a continuous drip from the Water Inlet Valve. Easy to see because the Water Inlet Valve is mounted in front. I shut off the power to the dishwasher at my breaker box and turned off the water to the dishwasher. First, I easily disconnected the power clip at the back of the Water...

No display. Michael R. • Scottsdale , AZ • December 24, 2020
I changed the control board (00498022) in the door of my Thermador dishwasher. Thermador, Bosch, and Siemens all use the same board for the indoor controls and display. This required a #15-star head driver to remove the screws. I used an impact wrench (set to a low torq setting) to speed things up.
There are approximately 12 screws to remove. Two are long. The rest are short.
Be careful to hold the door together as the last screws are removed.
Everything comes apart easily and you do not...

Dishwasher died after 1 year and two weeks after purchase!
The Bosch tech arrived and recommended replacing the drain pump (as well as cleaning the filter in vinegar).
Ordered pump from APPros and it arrived THE NEXT DAY!
Took out old one.... installed new one... and it worked! The new pump fit perfectly.

Soap dispenser door no longer opened during cycle Matthew S. • Omaha , NE • September 09, 2014
Process was a bit more complicated than the videos I had watched online. Had to remove both front panel and control panel to get to soap dispenser. Removed wires to soap dispenser and rinse aide dispenser. Removed wire "harness" around the top and right side of dispenser. Pried back the clips to allow dispenser to be pushed out. It was helpful to have another person to hold the door open at this point. Bent clips back and reinstalled everything. New part works great.

The upper rack wheel fall off the track Lester S. • Miami , FL • May 02, 2015
Bought new wheel and the are easy to replace. Found why the brok and did a quick fix so it wont happen again. As the wheels age one will pull off then they all get weak and the rack will come off the track, To prevent this. you can put a plastic tie so the wheels cant fall off in the first place, The disign holds them in place with pressure from the plastic but the plastic ages and gets weak. A tie would have to actually break before the wheel can fall off.

Leaking dishwasher lower door seal. Bosch ap4359774 (00669221) Cliff M. • Evans , GA • March 31, 2022
The symptom was suds and water on the floor at the left front of the dishwasher within the first five minutes of operation. Examination of the seal inside the door showed it was warped and pushed up into the door out of place. Once disassembled we found a tear in the seal, severe warping, and the material was sticky and slimy rather than flexible.
I found a video of the disassembly that was very helpful. It is necessary to pull the dishwasher out of the cabinet but my installation had no top...

Bosch dishwasher flooding after freeze. Harold R. • Leander , TX • March 02, 2021
This was not my first rodeo have repaired our appliances and those of our daughters for years, have ordered parts from this site several times. We had a cold spell in Texas, as you may have heard. We weathered it okay but left the dishwasher closed on one of the colder nights, woke up to water on the floor in the kitchen. Turned off the supply line, shut off the dishwasher power, bailed out the bottom, and mopped up. Had a fair idea of what the cause was, checked a few websites, watched some...

I got E15 code occasionally i would slide it out and dry out with some paper towels and it would be fine again for a few months Vincent G. • Buffalo , NY • August 13, 2018
It finally gave E15 code, then after drying out the E15 code came back within 5 minutes of running. I dried out the base then I ran the dishwasher and observed water coming down the overflow chute after running only 5 minutes. There is a water inlet (clear water chamber on the side of the machine). It had some gunk inside that was stopping a black float shut-off from moving. I replaced the water inlet chamber. I also suspected the non return valve (also called a check valve). From the parts...

Part Number: 00611322
The Drain Pump LID is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers, designed to securely cover and protect the drain pump assembly. This crucial component ensures that the drain pump is shielded from debris and damage, allowing it to efficiently remove used water from the dishwasher at the end of each cycle.
Causes of these symptoms can range from physical damage due to impact or wear and tear over time, leading to cracks, warping, or a degraded seal.
Symptoms of a bad Drain Pump LID include:
- Water leakage around the drain pump area, indicating a poor seal or damage to the LID
- Increased noise during the drain cycle, which could suggest debris interference due to a compromised LID
- Difficulty in draining water, potentially caused by obstructions that a damaged LID failed to prevent
This genuine OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau and select Kenmore models.

A door spring (actually the connector rope) broke on one side of our dishwasher making it feel heavy hard to close and easy to "drop" (potentially damaging the door hinges) Roger B. • Winston-Salem , NC • September 29, 2018
Checked out the AppliancePartsPros.com online parts/assembly diagrams for our Bosch dishwasher model and ordered the two sided set of new springs + connector ropes + connector-to-door ... plus a couple of other relatively inexpensive adjoining parts that might have become worn over time, just in case they were needed. Stuck on 1 minute moldy and white film on dishes. Ben W. • Vienna , VA • January 01, 2018
On my Bosch she55m15uc/64, the cycle would take 3-4 hours, with the machine stuck on "1 minute" for a long time. The interior was getting moldy and smelly, and the dishes had a white film. At first, I thought it was the heater relay on the control board, but I pulled that relay and it seemed to be working. I could get an ohmmeter on the heater element without taking the bottom off the dishwasher, and the resistance was infinite. Replacing the heater did the trick.
On my unit there was a...
