This was Kenmore front load washer made by LG. Model 796.41302610 First, AppliancePartsPros.com has been great. This is my fourth time using them. I was cleaning the supply hose filter screen constancely, I had no Idea there was filter screens in the pump intakes on the machine. once I found them and replaced them, I had plenty of water, so don't buy supply hoses with the screens in them until you check to see if your machine has them already. If your LG Front load washers sounds like a freight train, STOP USING IT. You're doing more damage and will need more parts to fix it. After the noise became unbearable, I began to explore and disassemble. I knew enough to know the bearings must be bad but had never done this repair before. Replacing the two bearings, and washers involved in the process Amazed by the service: I received the parts on the next day of the order, without requesting it. Parts were exactly as the original. This doesn’t mean necessarily the best on the market! In fact, the bearings are made in China, as the original! But if they last 9 years, as the originals, will be okay! I figured after 10.5 years that it might be time to replace the dispenser hoses because I was noticing black stuff in the dispenser trays. I replaced two or the four hoses and clamps on the far left side and for good measure the hot water inlet valve. The inlet valve was okay but the screen had all kinds of crap in there that I couldn't clean out so now I have an extra solenoid just in case one of the others fails. My front loader LG washing machine wasn’t working correctly. The clothes were either coming out unwashed or completely dripping. I suspected the tub gears where ready to break so I dismantled my LG WM2032HW front load washer. I found the spyder gear corroded and broken. I also found that the stainless steel drum abraded the front tub cover so bad, it was cracked. My washer is an early model and always had standing water in the door seal after a wash. I looked online ans read where the tE error code meant the thermistor was bad. I then found a video on YouTube showing how to replace the part. On AppliancePartsPros.com I chatted with a technician that told me the thermistor on my particular model was built into the heater unit and he gave me the link to purchase it. Replaced the triple-solenoid cold water valve. I am 70 years old, and my washer/dryer set are 10 years old. They are LG brand. I found the model number in the owner's manual. I originally thought the washer had a bad bearing, but once I got it disassembled it the spider arms were broken. This required the replacement of the tub assembly. While replacing the tub I replaced all of the water bellows. The parts came quickly, the live chat and videos were very helpful. This washer has to be completely disassembled to replace the drum, so mark all the screw locations, tag and bag everything and take lots of pics. The upper counter-balance weight mount design is a poor design to begin with. It started to rattle loose approximately 5yrs into the 8yrs that we've owned it.
