Poped off plastics caseing inside the frigerator. Unscrewed 4 screws holding black fan inplace. Followed yellow wire to locate white sensor. If replacing cap and support bracket, be sure to install cap before support bracket, otherwise you'll have trouble installing the cap.
I ended up not needing to replace the fixer handle (part #AP4372038), but I'll keep it around just in case.
