Rey October 20, 2011 for Model Number GU1100xtlb1 The same question regarding Ap3775585 control board. My control board does not turn on when you press normal. The green lights keeps on flashing and it does not do anything if you press cancel, all the green lights turn on and and withdraw all the remaining water, even the dish washer door is closed or open the green led lights keeps on flashing. Does it mean that I need a new board?
1 Answer Hi Rey. Flashing green light means the heating circuit or the drain circuit/hose has an issue. The optical sensor part # WP8269208 will tell the board if the heater has to be initially used to increase wash temperature to at least 120°. Are you running the sink water hot while loading the dishwasher? Is the water heater set to at least 120°? Is the drain pump clogged or inoperative part # WP661658? Make sure the drain hose is not clogged at the sink or the sink clogged. There is a tech.sheet to aid in a field service test to aid after you have checked these issues. David October 19, 2011 for Model Number GU2400xtpt3 How do I determine if the Control Board 'AP3775585' needs replacing?
1 Answer Hello David. If there is power coming to the control board, but no power coming out of the control board, you will need to replace the control board WP8564547. Make sure the fuse 8193762 reads closed for continuity, before replacing the control board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Roddy October 01, 2011 for Model Number GU2400XTPB34 Hey; I changed the Heating element, the Thermostat high limit. My dishwasher refuse to start! Should I go ahead and change the "Main Control Board" located in the front on the door ?
1 Answer Roddy, No, don't start with the control board. PROBLEM: WON’T RUN OR POWER UP ¦ No operation ¦ No keypad response ¦ No LEDs or display : No power to unit or bad connection. Loose connections in dishwasher power up circuit or between keypad(s) and control. Door switch not making contact: ¦ Faulty door latch assembly. ¦ Faulty door switch. Blown TCO attached to control. Multiple open or shorted circuits in keypad. You'll need to remove the control panel and check the door switches and control thermal fuse, then replace the control panel / keypad assembly if all checks OK. Ian September 20, 2011 for Model Number GU2500XTB1 Cant get washer to start the "--+ on the display won't go out indicating that the door is't shut properly jumped the wires to see if switches worked that made no change trying to determine what exactly is not working to make the contact to allow washer to start? Thought it might be the circuit board have had no issues up to this point where it just won't start? Need to figure what part to order to resolve my issue. Is it the control panel or just a circuit board?

C August 06, 2011 for Model Number GU2400XTP6s Cont followup; Replaced control board and fuselink/wiring harness. No change in unit. Continue to have original problem. Is it possible the console panel has failed again?
1 Answer C, As I understand this, you replaced the thermal fuse and the control board in the front of the dishwasher, and still have a problem ? Have you replaced the control panel/ key pad assembly as well WP3385741 ? If you have, you need to insure the ribbon is properly plugged into the control board connector, that the ribbon is not creased, cracked or twisted. You also want to insure you install and small amount of vaseline around the ribbon and control board connection, to reduce the possible moisture and debris getting into the connection and creating problems for the control board. C August 02, 2011 for Model Number GU2400XTP6s Followup to previous Q & A I have had multiple problems with my quiet partner III. The console panel had been partially malfunction for some time and finally failed so I replaced it about 8 weeks ago. The washer ran fine for 2 weeks then failed completely. Replacing the main fusable link resolved this issue. Today The unit will not start. I tried the reset cycle and it did run the drain cycle for 2 mins. No button or light is on except pressing the "rinse only" button will light that led and the horizontal segments in the timer display. Pressing start does nothing. Also pressing the "soak and scour" button causes that led to light but nothing starts. Neither light stays on for longer than 20 secs. Asked by C for Model GU2400XTP6S Hello C. Check and see if the ribbon cable for the control panel is damp. Also make sure it is seated good. if it is ok, you will need to check and see if the door latch switches Checked connector, cleaned with alcohol swab and reconnected, confirmed door switches are good and adjusted properly. Any other suggestions?
1 Answer Hi C. All research shows that the control board and the wiring harness going to the fuse need replaced. This control is part # WP8564547. The wiring harness is part # 8193762. Thank you. Read More...

Paul July 23, 2011 for Model Number 66517024402 Like the second question above, the 'done' light flashed. I did the reset and the washer worked for about a week. This time, nothing worked and there were no lights. I have power to the junction box at the base of the washer. I ordered the replacement control panel and installed it. Still, nothing works. I believe I installed the panel correctly. Is a blown fuse possible? If so, what would be the test to see? Thanks,
1 Answer Hello Paul. You can test the fuse 8193762 and see if it is bad. It should read closed for continuity. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
