One of the plugs on the EOC was burned and melted. Ordered a new EOC, overlay and wiring harness. Replaced the EOC and the overlay, then replaced only the plug that melted and the wires connected to that plug. Worked beautifully when done. I did call the support folks to make sure what I was doing made sense and they agreed it should work. Very knowledgeable and friendly people.
