I ordered a new burner and switch. Received all parts in only one day. Shut breaker, pulled out the range to work on it. Removed the front panel to replace the switch first which was the easy part of the job, only 6 screws. Installed new switch, turned on the breaker to test and found that the burner heated up proving that only the switch was bad. Searched the internet for a replacement and ordered it from APP and it arrived quickly. Removed three screws holding the original heating element in and disconnected the spade connectors and pulled out the old element. The spade connectors were a bit loose, so I tightened them up with a pair of pliers and re-installed the new element. Oven works great now. This is an old Frigidaire Wall Oven from the early 70's, so we were fortunate to be able to repair instead of having to replace. Read more
