I bought just the replacement lid based on other reviews. The door cost about a third of the whole soap dispenser module but took a chance it was just the lid. Although the part number is the same there was a new flange on the inside of the lid. Would have been nice if Bosch sent the redesigned part to owners. "Watertap" E15 error code indicated leaking. Dried it all out to allow it to run again. Ran dishwasher with front and bottom panels off to get a visual on leak causing the styrofoam float to set off the code. Saw it was coming from the diverter area. Ordered this assembly -- which DOES include the seal ring, by the way -- pulled dishwasher all the way out to replace it, and VOILA. No more leaking or error code. Leak was slow but becoming gradually worse. Pulled dishwasher out from under counter then visually inspected sump while it ran. As soon as the water got very hot, I could see the sump leaking where it meets the stainless pan. Searched for the correct sump gasket without success. Turns out that the gasket is built into the sump for this model. The built-in gasket is very narrow (under-engineered IMHO which is probably why it developed a leak). Got new replacement spring and cord for our Bosch compact dishwasher. A plastic retaining bracket that held the old spring also was broke but the new spring had its own piece that fit into a slot in the plastic frame, so i just popped it in there, connected the cord, and bingo. The door now works. I tried using the old spring, but it would not work because of the broke bracket. Read more

It was surprisingly easy to remove the door, remove the hinges, then install the new hinges. On my model, the right hinge has a wiring harness attached, but I just removed from the old hinge and attached it to the new one. You need to be careful about moving the door too far the the cabinet because of attached wires. I needed a torx bit for the screws and a flathead screwdriver for prying the hinges off their pins. Originally had a repair done by a local, highly rated, repair service. One year later, door flopped open again. This time I ordered parts from AppliancePartsPro which arrive in two days. It finally gave E15 code, then after drying out the E15 code came back within 5 minutes of running. I dried out the base then I ran the dishwasher and observed water coming down the overflow chute after running only 5 minutes.There is a water inlet (clear water chamber on the side of the machine). It had some gunk inside that was stopping a black float shut-off from moving. I replaced the water inlet chamber. I also suspected the non return valve (also called a check valve). From the parts... After fighting, attempting to clean filer a few times, we gave up and ordered one, one with a lid for the drain pump. Dishwasher is running great now. Easy to order. Got the correct part first time. Great Experience! Read more

On my Bosch she55m15uc/64, the cycle would take 3-4 hours, with the machine stuck on "1 minute" for a long time. The interior was getting moldy and smelly, and the dishes had a white film.
