The Circulation Motor and Heater Assembly is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers. It includes both the circulation motor, responsible for moving water through the dishwasher during the cleaning cycle, and the integrated heater, which raises the water temperature for effective cleaning and drying.
Symptoms of a bad Circulation Motor and Heater Assembly include:
A bad part can result from several causes, such as electrical failures, mechanical wear and tear, or blockages in the system that prevent proper water circulation or heating.
If you notice any of these signs, it's time to replace the circulation motor and heater assembly. This OEM Bosch part can also be used on Thermador and Gaggenau appliances.
This was to address an E:09 fault code on a Bosch dishwasher. I swapped out the Circulation motor and heater assembly. The video given on APP.com was for a different model, but more or less the same. The video gave me confidence enough to order the part and attempt it. The significant difference was that in the video, the assembly is easily accessible from the bottom of the unit. On my unit, however, the bottom is a closed plastic pan that isn't easily removable, likely requiring removal of the... Read more
This replacement sealing gasket restores a tight, leak-resistant barrier between mating components in your appliance. Replacing a worn seal helps prevent leaks and moisture escape to keep performance stable and reliable.
We replaced the black door seal gasket around the front of the dishwasher. The old black seal gasket had begun to deteriorate, every time it was touched black stuff would rub off onto hands and onto utensils in the upper basket. We wore some disposable gloves to remove the old seal to avoid getting the black stuff on our hands. Before entirely removing the old seal gasket we studied its placement to tell which way the new seal gasket should be placed. We didn’t want to place the seal gasket... Read more

This OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore models.
I spent a lot of time taking apart and cleaning the drain pump and hoses in my Bosch dishwasher. I still got the error that the drain pump wasn't right. So, after doing some research, I learned that the motor might be done and that seemed to be the only solution. I serached for my part on APPs.com and found the part for about $43 ($50 by the time tax and shipping was added in). The part was ordered, shipped and was on my doorstep in two days. I followed the repair video instructions provided... Read more
The Spray Arm is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers. This component is responsible for distributing water throughout the dishwasher during a cycle, ensuring that dishes are evenly and effectively cleaned. The spray arm features multiple jets that optimize water flow and maximize cleaning efficiency.
Symptoms of a bad Spray Arm include:
Causes of a bad spray arm can include hard water deposits clogging the jets, physical damage from loading large items, or general wear and tear affecting the arm's rotation mechanism.
Replaced both the Spray Arm and the Spray Arm Water Supply Tube. Highly recommend replacing base plate whenever the Spray Arm Water Supply Tube is replaced. Plastic tabs on the base plate hold those parts together and are likely to break (as seen on Appliance Parts Pros installation video!!!). I sensed tab weakness so just transferred parts needed from the new tube to the old tube and reinstalled the original tube / base plate assembly rather than risk breaking those plastic tabs. I should... Read more

This OEM Frigidaire part can also be used on Electrolux, Frigidaire, Gibson, Kelvinator, Westinghouse, and Sears/Kenmore.
After first thinking I had a leak under my sink (dripping into my workshop in the basement), I quickly traced the source back to my Bosch dishwasher. I removed the bottom kick plate (phillips screwdriver) and could see a continuous drip from the Water Inlet Valve. Easy to see because the Water Inlet Valve is mounted in front. I shut off the power to the dishwasher at my breaker box and turned off the water to the dishwasher. First, I easily disconnected the power clip at the back of the Water... Read more

This Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau some Kenmore models.
Found root cause of water distributor leak: White plastic shaft that goes through the red double lip seal in center of water distributor housing was worn. A groove was worn into shaft ~ 90 DEG around. This short shaft connects motor to distributor wheel. When cycle called for water distributor motor to do its thing, water would leak into bottom of machine, raise the float and trigger E15. Was thrilled that Appliance Parts Pros had the exact assembly I needed. An invaluable aid was the YouTube... Read more

This OEM Bosch part can also be used on Thermador and Gaggenau appliances.
I bought the door and bottom seal and was already to go. Appliance Pro got the parts to me in 2 days. I read an article that said if the spray arm holes are blocked that this could cause a wave in the dishwasher that could cause the water to fly up to the inlet used for drying and the water could run down between the front and inside door appearing to be a leak. I checked and my spray arms were indeed blocked. I pulled them out, cleaned them up, reinstalled, and low and behold that was appeared... Read more
The Side Trim Strip is an OEM component specifically designed for select Bosch dishwashers. Crafted from durable brushed metal and plastic, it provides an elegant aesthetic border along the tub interior.
Causes of a bad trim strip can include normal wear from daily scraping of dishes, accidental impacts from cookware, or warping from overheating in a poorly ventilated area.

It was surprisingly easy to remove the door, remove the hinges, then install the new hinges. On my model, the right hinge has a wiring harness attached, but I just removed from the old hinge and attached it to the new one. You need to be careful about moving the door too far the the cabinet because of attached wires. I needed a torx bit for the screws and a flathead screwdriver for prying the hinges off their pins. Also, a needle-nose pliers helped for pinching the wiring harness clip to... Read more

I changed the control board (00498022) in the door of my Thermador dishwasher. Thermador, Bosch, and Siemens all use the same board for the indoor controls and display. This required a #15-star head driver to remove the screws. I used an impact wrench (set to a low torq setting) to speed things up. There are approximately 12 screws to remove. Two are long. The rest are short. Be careful to hold the door together as the last screws are removed. Everything comes apart easily and you do not... Read more

The Water Inlet Valve is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers. This component is responsible for controlling the flow of water into the dishwasher. It operates via electrical signals from the dishwasher's control board, opening to allow water to enter during the filling phase and closing to halt water flow once the correct level is achieved.
Causes for replacement can include wear and tear over time, mineral deposits from hard water that obstruct the valve, or electrical failures that prevent the valve from opening or closing properly.
Using instructions I obtained over the internet, I first removed the DW's bottom cover panels so I could look inside the DW (with a flashlight) while it was running. I had to put their dishwasher through several wash cycles before I could pinpoint the location of the leak. (The water appeared to be coming from above on the left side of the DW, near the top, rear of the DW's blue "Pressure Chamber." Thinking that the problem likely lay in either a malfunctioning Pressure Chamber or in a... Read more

Leak was slow but becoming gradually worse. Pulled dishwasher out from under counter then visually inspected sump while it ran. As soon as the water got very hot, I could see the sump leaking where it meets the stainless pan. Searched for the correct sump gasket without success. Turns out that the gasket is built into the sump for this model. The built-in gasket is very narrow (under-engineered IMHO which is probably why it developed a leak). Thanks to Simon's excellent videos at... Read more
