After cleaning our stove top, a couple of the grate pads had fallen off the bottom and went down the drain. The pots now rocked while cooking, and not in a good way. I ordered replacement pads installed them and now the only rocking is my cooking. I ordered 2 bake elements and bulbs and was able to easily fix 1 of the ovens. The serviceman who repaired the left oven did not repair it correctly so, one of the wires was not accessible so, I could only fix one oven. The plastic piece on the handle where the screw goes in to hold glass door up had broke. I ordered new handle, the retainer pieces that go over the plastic pieces to lock it all in and screws that were suggested. The screws were the wrong ones. They were way too small. I already had one screw and thankfully only had to buy 1 new one because the screw was $40 and shipping’s $10 for it AND it’s on back order right now. Bought replacement relay board, replaced it. Would not work, turned stove circuit breaker off then on again. Display panel showed stove was resetting waited for reset, tested the bake option twice to ascertain it was working correctly. It worked! We replaced both front orifice holders. Very easy to bend and break. If it has a deep bend in it, It will slow down the gas flow to the burner. if you have a low gas flow your burner will burn low So check your small silver gas lines and if you smell gas check your lines Read more

I first DISCONNECTED POWER FROM THE RANGE using the breaker. I then pulled the range out from the wall to give myself plenty of working room. I lifted the range top up as when you clean under the burners. I then moved the ends of the bottom of the slide rods that lock the range top open back where they came loose from the top of the range. Had to replace the switch for the left rear burner on a Whirlpool cooktop Model W5CE3625AB00. I turned off the circuit breaker for the cooktop and lifted it out of the countertop. It was simply held down by its own weight. There were approximately a dozen screws holding the smooth surface down onto the rest of the unit.
