Unplugged microwave, then lowered bottom panel, removed the two leads to the turntable motor, removed two screws attached to motor, removed old motor, put new spacer on motor stem, installed motor with same two screws, reattached the two wires, reattached panel ( after cleaning all the grease that built up over the last 6 years), plugged microwave in and good as new! I took the three screws out of the latch end of the door and pried both the inner (black) frame off and the outer (white frame) being careful not to crack the inner frame as I wanted to reuse it.
