This roller assembly consists of small caster-style wheels mounted on a support ring, designed to allow a shelf, drawer, or internal component to slide smoothly inside the refrigerator or freezer compartment. Removed the broken ice enclosure tray, disconnecting and removing the motor and cube/crushed ice selector mechanism. Mounted the motor and selector mechanism to the rear of the new ice tray enclosure and installed the enclosure to the freezer compartment walls. Read more

Initially I noticed the crusher drum was cracked and broken so I replaced the drum the retaining nut on the end of the auger and the circlip and washer. it worked fine for a time and then the drum began free wheeling. upon further inspection I discovered the retain nubs on the auger had worn down allowing the blade to slip down the auger body. so I replaced the auger, drum, drive blade, and drive cam.
