Originally we tried some clear packing tape — we keep the refrigerator very clean and it was becoming ridiculous. So we ordered the parts from appliancepartspros.com. It takes a minute to review the expanded diagram to decide exactly which parts to order. For example we had to get a new glass shelf for the crisper drawer as this is what the wheels attach to, and then unscrew out existing metal bracket from the broken one and reattach to the new one. It was really easy. I found the part number using an online search, ordered the shelf and just inserted the ends into the holes in the freezer walls. Fortunately, I read on a question and answer forum that four end caps were also required. This detail was not listed in the shelf description so knowing this, I was able to order the caps along with the shelf and avoid having to place a second order once I got the shelf and discovered that I needed the end caps.
