Frigidaire Drawer, Shelf, Pan

It was really easy. I found the part number using an online search, ordered the shelf and just inserted the ends into the holes in the freezer walls. Fortunately, I read on a question and answer forum that four end caps were also required. This detail was not listed in the shelf description so knowing this, I was able to order the caps along with the shelf and avoid having to place a second order once I got the shelf and discovered that I needed the end caps. Thanks to APP, I was able to find exactly what I needed from their web site, and ordered a new drawer. It was the "middle drawer" - one of the two for vegetables. I recently had to replace the "deli-drawer" for the same reason (too much weight in a very flimsy design), and got some help with APP to straighten up a goof that I made in my order. After receiving my new shelf I unscrewed the old meat drawer track from the unit. Using the same screws and track i was able to seamlessly attach both to the new shelf. My meat drawer fit perfectly and I was able to install the new shelf unit into my refrigerator within minutes. Read more

I called and talked to a guy named Danny, which was very helpful. With his help I had my order straightened out and he also was able to get the belt I needed to me the next day, which I did not think would be here so quick. The fix was pretty easy after I had received the correct parts which included a drive belt for the washer, a set (L&R) of clips to attach the bar on the inside of my refrigerator door, also a bottle of white appliance touch-up paint.
