Andrew helped me trouble shoot the problem. First I replaced the elments but that did not fix the problem. When I spoke with Andrew he told me how to test the OHMS on the new and old element and they were both readying 26 OHMS. I then replaced the control panel for the clock and oven controls. Replaces worn or broken range oven door hinges that cause sagging, misalignment, or improper door closure. Restores smooth opening and proper support.
I replaced the hinges and hinge mounts. Upon inspection of the mounts, it seems that they had become slightly deformed on the lower portion, where the heel of the hinge applies pressure to the frame.
