I purchased this part and was super impressed with how fast it arrived. I noticed something was wrong when the dishwasher no longer remembered the last cycle performed. After it finished, it would go to a default cycle. A couple of weeks ago, my husband said it wouldn't start. Then I noticed on subsequent washes, there was a high probability that it would hang at a random part of the wash cycle. I've ordered new main and tactile board and installed it. Everything worked fine after boards exchange. Ran full cycle, no problems at all. Dis-assembly and installation was really easy, all I needed was Phillips screwdriver and a star tip attachment wrench (I'm always asking myself question why this is done like that? , why can't it be just regular Phillips screw?) The new one slid right on easily. It didn't come with a screw but the threads are the same as the screws that are used for putting in light switches so all you need to do is either get a short one or trim a light switch or outlet screw down to size. Read more
