A temperature sensor assembly that monitors internal temperatures and sends readings to the appliance control so the unit can maintain proper heating or cooling. Replacing a failed sensor restores accurate temperature regulation and consistent performance. What it does
This thermostat cavity is a genuine General Electric part, sold individually. It can be used as a replacement part for a microwave. This thermostat cavity regulates the temperature and power of the appliance so that it can properly heat up food and other items inserted into the appliance. The thermostat cavity is made out of durable gray metal. The thermostat cavity of a microwave might have to be replaced if it exhibits either of the following symptoms: the exhaust fan of the microwave is malfunctioning, or the microwave does not run or runs for under ten seconds before stopping. If either of these symptoms occur, the thermostat cavity should be removed and replaced by this genuine OEM replacement part before using the microwave again. Remember to wear work gloves while inspecting the thermostat cavity and while conducting a replacement. It is a relatively complicated replacement that will require several special tools. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is sold individually. This thermostat cavity is compatible with General Electric brand microwaves.
Initially my wife googled it. She found an article that indicated what the trouble may be. I used a multimeter and determined which parts were faulty. Read more
Temperature-sensing thermostat that controls an appliance's heating cycle to keep temperatures within a safe operating range. Replacing a failed thermostat restores proper temperature cycling, helps prevent overheating, and stabilizes performance. What it does:
Tried to turn the microwave on, checked the outlet for power, check the breaker to see if it was tripped, all was in order. Removed the over the range microwave and pull the covers, Tested continuity with a multimeter for each of the 4 normally closed thermostats, found 2 bad (open). The upper 110 and the lower right 70. Ordered the needed parts as well as both lamp sockets and bulbs as they where broken too. The parts where correct and where delivered on time. (Also, in your tools needed or... Read more
This TCO cavity is a thermal cutoff assembly that helps prevent oven overheating by interrupting power if temperatures get too high. It replaces a failed cutoff to restore proper temperature safety control. What it does:

Replacement thermostat that senses and controls the appliance heating system to restore accurate heating and stable temperature cycles, helping the appliance reach and maintain the set temperature. What it does:
I replaced the sensor including the slip on connectors. The diagnosis was made by visually observing the burned connector and sensor and then confirming that the sensor had no continuity using an ohm meter. Read more
This temperature thermistor is the sensor that lets the control board monitor and regulate appliance temperature for reliable cooling performance. Replacing a failing thermistor can restore proper temperature control and cycling. What it does:
This thermostat regulates oven temperature to help maintain consistent cooking results and prevent under- or over-heating. It replaces a failed temperature control component to restore accurate oven cycles. What it does:
The Fuse is an OEM part for GE microwaves. It serves as a safety device designed to protect the microwave from excessive current that can cause overheating and potential fire hazards. When the current flowing through the microwave circuit exceeds a certain level, the fuse blows or breaks, cutting off the power to prevent damage or fire.
Common causes for a fuse to blow include power surges, faulty wiring within the appliance, or the use of microwave inappropriate containers that cause sparks. It is essential to address these issues not only to replace the fuse but also to correct the underlying problems to prevent future failures.
Symptoms of a bad fuse include:
This GE replacement part is also compatible with Hotpoint, RCA, and some Kenmore models.
I read on line about other such ovens doing the same thing mine was doing, absolutely nothing! I even read stories of a major retailer telling customers to throw the microwave away. There's nothing you can do to fix it. After replacing a simple fuse that I ordered from you, the Advantium is as good as new. It took a grand total of 5 minutes to make the repair. The shipping cost more than the part, but it was all very worthwhile. Read more

This thermostat cavity is the molded housing that holds the oven thermostat sensor in place, keeping the sensor positioned for accurate temperature sensing. Replaces a worn or cracked housing to help restore proper sensor alignment. What it does:
Opened the back panal, requires Torex Saftey sockets, located the wiring schematic and traced the power using a multi-meter until I found where the power wasn't crossing. It was the oven heat sensor which had somehow tripped and is not a resetable part. The folks at ApplianceParts Pros helped me find the right part and I had it in 2 days. Thanks! Read more
This magnetron thermostat assembly helps prevent magnetron overheating by opening the circuit when temperatures get too high, protecting microwave components and helping restore normal operation once cooled. Fits the OEM thermostat function for safe thermal control. What it does:
This gas flame sensor detects whether a burner's flame is present so the range/oven's gas valve and ignition control can operate safely. It helps restore reliable ignition and prevents the valve from staying open when no flame is detected. What it does:
This oven thermostat senses and regulates the oven temperature so food cooks evenly and stays at the set temperature. It replaces a failed or inaccurate temperature control to restore proper oven heating. What it does:
This thermostat cavity is the molded housing that secures and protects the refrigerator thermostat and its sensing components, helping maintain correct sensor placement for reliable temperature control. Replaces a worn or cracked thermostat mount. What it does:
