Bill D New Castle , NH March 12, 2014 A broken Microwave - suddenly lost all power to the unit Opened the back panal, requires Torex Saftey sockets, located the wiring schematic and traced the power using a multi-meter until I found where the power wasn't crossing. It was the oven heat sensor which had somehow tripped and is not a resetable part. The folks at ApplianceParts Pros helped me find the right part and I had it in 2 days. Thanks! James H Marienville , PA August 16, 2015 Went dead 1st i checked to make sure the circuit was still on, then i opened it up & looked for a fuse, tested it (was good) then followed wiring to cavity thermostat which was open. bypassed it & it still worked. so i went online & found the part, ordered it. installed it, all good.
